MOONLIT MORRO ROCK

Being There: Fortuitous moment between storm clouds...rain had been consistently falling this night, and knowing it was a full moon I couldn't sit still in the house...so I started driving around the coast looking for any sign of a break in the storm. After sitting at this location for a few minutes, the rain seemed to completely stop...I jumped out of my car, set up my equipment and recorded this 3 minute exposure...and in the last 10 seconds of the exposure, tiny raindrops started falling on my camera. As soon as I finished the shot I took the camera off the tripod and put in my car...and then the rain started dumping all over me...but I got my shot! (and I love rain!)
